No Products in the Cart
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If these conditions are not respected then Baia Living Limited will not be able to refund or exchange the product(s) concerned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are made at the Customer's risk.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or for an article of equivalent price, send us an email at Sarah@baialiving.com and send your item to : Baia Living Limited, Triq il Gargir 27, Mellieha, Malta.
Embroidered or Personalized items
We are very sorry yet personalized, embroidered items may not be returned or exchanged in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

As soon as we receive the return, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your credit note or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return to the account associated with the credit card used for payment or to the Paypal account used for payment.
In the case of an exchange as soon as we receive and check the returned product, we will send you the replacement product.
